Beginning his career as a journeyman plumber, Bob migrated to General Motors where he spent 30 years. His career reflected continuous  upward mobility, culminating in his final position as facility manager of all skilled trades for a prominent GM Flint Operation. Throughout his extensive management training within GM, Bob learned to organize for success. He strives to ensure the team can deliver on time, in a safe environment, and where employees are empowered to satisfy the needs to the customer. As a facility manager of all skilled trades, Bob was often called to solve issues spanning many disciplines to ensure the job got done. Bob joined Blue Heron in 2007 and brings that problem resolution skill and organizational knowledge to further develop the professional culture at Blue Heron. He is a member of the Florida Irrigation Society.

Keith Wasden – Irrigation Installation Supervisor

Keith is a veteran of 20 plus years in the installation and servicing of lawn irrigation systems. As a former owner of Southland Irrigation and Landscaping, a successful venture, Keith understands the need to deliver a timely and quality product. Keith has been with Blue Heron since 1994. His knowledge of irrigation products and system design has helped Blue Heron Irrigation to become a leader in the industry. Keith prizes his relationships with general contractors and job superintendents, built on his reputation of doing what it takes to keep to the schedule.

Efficiency and Customer satisfaction are just two of the things that Rick strives for on a daily basis. Rick has worked with well pumps and irrigation systems for the past 36 years. His knowledge of well, pumps, water condition and irrigation systems is extensive. He is Rainbird, Hunter, Toro, Irritrol and Nelson certified as well as certifications from Goulds, Meyers, Aermotor, Sta-Rite and Red Jacket. Given his expertise in pumps and irrigation, and his ability to motivate employees and communicate with clients, Rick personifies the high standards of Blue Heron.

Ron has been designing irrigation systems in the Fort Myers area for twenty years. In the ten years he has been with Blue Heron, Ron has designed thousands of commercial, residential and community developments. With his experience in pump station operation and his proficiency in Autocad drawings for irrigation, Ron provides Blue Heron customers an added dimension of a professional design embodied in the Blue Heron irrigation package.
